Since its inception in 2007, a common criticism of the iPhone has been that it has a weak battery life. That is why Apple has just released the 25-hour battery case for the iPhone 6 and 6s.
The battery case was released on Tuesday and is being sold on its online stores. The case is selling for $99 and Apple says it extends the iPhone’s internet usage by 18 hours, up to 20 hours of video playback, and 25 hours of increased talk time. In total this can nearly double an iPhone’s life.
The main difference that distinguishes the Apple Smart battery case from other third-party battery cases is in its design. Aplle’s battery case acts like any other case for the iphone, but with a small bump on the bottom. This makes it far easier to use than third-party battery cases like Mophie.
Hopefully now people can relax a bit when there iPhone drops to 10%.
