The iPhone 6 is likely to be launched on September, 9th and it would be available as soon as mid-September. Apple has yet to make official comments on the date.
Last Afternoon, Apple released earnings for its third fiscal quarter. According to a consensus estimate at Thomson Reuters, analysts had expected the company to report earnings of $1.23 a share on roughly $37.98 billion in revenue.
In recent news, Apple has asked partner suppliers in Asia to ramp up the production of the 4.7 and 5.5 inch iPhone 6 models.
