I Know First is a financial technology company that provides daily investment forecasts based on an advanced, self-learning algorithm.

I Know First uses an algorithm based on artificial intelligence and machine learning to predict the stock market. Currently tracking and predicting a growing universe of 10,000 financial assets, the algorithm is designed for large financial institutions and hedge funds, while also making the world of algorithmic trading available to retail investors for the first time.

Full Time Positions
I Know First is looking for a talented junior financial analyst for the business and marketing team with a passion for the capital market and the fintech industry. Someone self-motivated, as well as willing to find ways to consistently improve and innovate.
If you are willing to grow in the stock market/fintech world and consider yourself an out-of-the-box thinker, self-driven and eager to succeed, I Know First is the place for you.
The analyst will be part of the business and marketing team and will be involved with the company’s major projects.
 
The junior financial analyst will be part of the daily operations flow, including financial analysis, content management, marketing and branding activities, social media management and business development tasks.
 
Job requirements:
  • Academic degree in Business Administration / Economics/ Industrial Management Engineering from a recognized academic institution/
  • Knowledge and passion for the capital market
  • Business orientation / Marketing
  • Willing to assume managerial role (no previous experience required)

Immerse yourself in the world of analyzing financial markets, algorithmic performance, conducting market research and business development strategies.

After learning how to analyze and implement the algorithm, you will be expected to do in-depth research and analysis for articles that will be posted on financial publication websites for our analytical branch, I Know First Research. The intern will be working hands on with I Know First staff in terms of business development and is expected to be able to take initiative.

Internship Positions

Internship Description: I Know First is looking for a business operations intern with programming experience to expand the automation of some of its internal processes. The work will streamline company operations and improve cost efficiency.

The intern will expand the current implementation in Excel-VBA of software used in the daily publication on the company website of the stock market forecasts computed by the I Know First algorithm. The developed software will receive as input the financial forecasts, realized returns, and additional parameters needed in the publication and return .xml documents to be uploaded to the website. This position is for a result-oriented individual who is keen on programming projects and will be an excellent opportunity to gain experience in financial markets, web-page development and deployment, VBA macro-programming, and operations analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Streamlining internal operations
  • Analyzing operational flows and identifying inefficiencies
  • Software development as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree of pursuing a degree in a relevant field (Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related)
  • Programming experience (Excel-VBA an advantage)

Internship Description: I Know First is looking for a creative individual who will assist in the development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns.

The marketing intern will be responsible for overseeing a strong social media presence, including campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Besides the social media responsibilities, the intern will learn how to use Google Analytics to make better advertising decisions and create marketing material to attract traffic to the site, while having the freedom to start their own marketing strategies.

This position includes overseeing our existing websites, as well as improving upon those websites with innovative solutions. Internship Description: I Know First is looking for a self-motivated, mathematically inclined intern to analyze the algorithm and identify trends.

This position will work directly with Dr. Lipa Roitman and the algorithm to identify trends and create trading strategies to maximize returns using the algorithm. This includes, but is not limited to, running algorithmic regressions, data modeling, and back testing strategies using the algorithm.

Responsibilities Include

  • Developing a strong understanding of the algorithm and its inputs
  • Analyzing the algorithm’s performance for different markets over varying time ranges
  • Implementing optimal trading strategies to maximize returns from the algorithm

Requirements

  • Have at least a strong background in advanced mathematics
  • A basic understanding of Macros in Microsoft Excel
  • A programming background is a strong advantage
