Apple Stock News: Intel Era Ends

Apple Stock News: Apple announced that Rosetta 2 will remain available until macOS 27 inclusive. It allows running applications developed for Intel processors on computers equipped with Apple Silicon chips. Starting from macOS 28, only a limited version of Rosetta 2 will be available specifically for old games using Intel frameworks. The last macOS version to support Intel-based Macs will be macOS Tahoe, although these devices will still receive security updates for another three years. macOS Tahoe is compatible only with select Intel-based models, such as the 16-inch MacBook Pro (2019) and others. The release of macOS 28 is scheduled for 2027.
New Games App

Apple introduced an updated Games app — a unified platform for gamers on Apple devices. It includes a personalized homepage with recommendations, a library of previously downloaded games, an Apple Arcade section, and a new Play Together feature for playing with friends, comparing results, and inviting to multiplayer sessions. The app aims to enhance the gaming experience and make it more enjoyable.
Apple Music Reboot

Apple plans to update Apple Music focusing on artificial intelligence technology, but there’s no exact release date yet. Potential features might include AI-generated playlists or a virtual DJ. Instead, at WWDC, they’ll demonstrate support for full-screen animated album covers on the lock screen. Current album artworks will become bigger and brighter in iOS 26.
