Apple Stock News: According to MacRumors, Apple CEO Tim Cook visited Washington, D.C. this week to meet with influential Republican politicians. As the GOP gets ready to take over the House in the coming year, Cook is reportedly trying to build relationships with them. Cook has meetings arranged with Jim Jordan of Ohio, Darrell Issa of California, and Cathy McMorris Rodgers of Washington. Jordan and McMorris Rodgers will probably participate in panels that regulate the technology sector. To steer regulators away from App Store legislation and inquiries about the company’s device manufacturing in China, Cook will also meet with Democratic Senator Brian Schatz from Hawaii, Republican Senator John Cornyn from Texas, Democratic Senator Martin Heinrich from New Mexico, and Republican Senator John Cornyn from Texas.

By automobile, the store is roughly 10 miles outside of Midtown Manhattan. The shop is outfitted with Apple’s most recent retail layout, which includes a specific space for orders placed on Apple’s website. The store will include free Today at Apple creative sessions and Genius Bar appointments for hardware support, same as other locations. There are 11 other Apple retail outlets in New Jersey among its more than 520 locations worldwide.
