Indian’s government appears to be interested in having the famous company in their country, where Apple aims to expand its iPhone production and sales. But the idea also divides officials with some willing to do the partnership and others who are not convinced by the deal. Indeed, a possible contract goes actually along to specific concessions asked by Apple as policy exceptions or tax preferences. The Indian market could be very attractive for Apple which could benefit from its fast growth. Currently, Apple owns only  2 percent shares in India. Four projects could thus see the day as Apple and its Indian interlocutors are working on a contract enabling the company to assemble iPhones, import pre-owned ones to renew them in India, or even open Apple Stores. A meeting is planned for January 25. After a slow in iPhone sales in the United States and China, a new contract could drive up iPhone sales and expand its market variety.
