It thought a new, smaller 4-inch iPhone will be introduced. The new phone is thought to be dubbed the iPhone SE or the iPhone 6c and will resemble the 2013 model, however will have up to date specifications, for example the latest A9 64-bit chip with M9 motion coprocessor, which is found in the iPhone 6S. Apple is also expected to unveil a new iPad named the iPad 3. The tablet device will have a 9.7 inch screen and will support the Apple Pencil. Moreover, the small three-pin Smart Connector, which is used to connect the Smart Keyboard to the iPad Pro.
Software updates are also likely to be revealed at the event in California. Apple is set to introduce new operating system updates, alongside its latest hardware. The iOS 9.3, WatchOS 2.2, OS X 10.11.4 and tvOS 9.2 are all rumoured to be unveiled by the US giants on Monday.
